PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian dollars. I accept payment via paypal.

SHIPPING
PLEASE be sure that the address listed on your PAYPAL account matches the address you would like your item posted/shipped to. I will post/ship to the address listed in Paypal. If you need your item(s) posted/shipped to another address, please contact me at or prior to payment so that I can make the adjustment.

I am based in Australia but I'm happy to ship overseas.

I usually post/ship all orders within 1-2 days after payment is made if the item is ready to post/ship. If I'm unable to do so, I will let the purchaser know. For made to order items, the time estimates are stated on the listings.

Australian buyers - Packages will be sent via large letter if the package is light and small enough to fit through the 20mm slot. Larger packages will be sent as regular parcels. There is also the option of adding registered post for added security. Love That Prop cannot be liable for any lost or damaged packages after the packages is at the post office.

Express Post is available at cost if required.

International buyers - Please contact me for a more accurate shipping cost as it varies depending on weight and from country to country. I have no way of tracking packages by regular post or airmail once the package leaves my hands so please contact me if you would prefer other shipping options.

Hope everyone understands, postage is very expensive in Australia and I never charge for packaging costs and always refund extra post charges.

Buyers are responsible for additional custom and duty fees.

I will combine shipping and refund any extra shipping charged.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me immediately and we will try to make it right. Any returns are to be made within 7 days after order received in it's original condition and unused. Buyers are responsible for proper packaging. All refunds will be made in full minus shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that while I take special care to make sure colors are represented accurately, every monitor displays color differently.

All my items are created in a non-smoking and cat friendly environment.
